Clinical Trials

UC Irvine clinical researchers work together to study cancer in all its forms and develop some of the most innovative approaches to fighting the disease. Cancer patients have access to leading-edge treatments and therapies through the cancer center's clinical trials.

Clinical trials are research studies in which new therapies and treatments are tested in patients to determine whether they are safe and effective. By participating in clinical trials, patients can help improve the treatment and care for others now and in the future.
